Learn how to calculate your birth chart
Let's start? Next I'll show you a birth chart and show you how to calculate yours. Then, just browse the site to understand the meaning of each thing. On the Astrology page, you will find the basics of a birth chart, with explanations about each of the astrological houses, signs and planets. And on the Blog, there are several deepening texts.
There are many free sites that calculate the birth chart. My favorite is Astro.com . To access it, click on the link below or type directly into your browser. After that, follow these steps:
1. Select the language in the upper right corner and open the website menu;
2. Click on "Free Horoscopes", then "Drawings, Calculations, Data" and go to "Extended Map Selection";

3. You can enter as a guest or register. I suggest you register, so whenever you log in again, your map will already be there... In addition to the maps of whoever else you want to calculate;
4. Enter your details. You will need the date, exact time and city where you were born. If you don't know the time, you can also do it, but you won't be able to calculate a good part of your map, such as the astrological houses and, consequently, your ascendant. So, the best thing to do is to find out what time you were born... There are some methods to do this. I developed one through kinesiology, as shown here .

5. Within the "Extended Maps selection", open the "Display and Calculation Options" and check the box to display the "Descending Node". Also, if you were born during daylight and your sun is within the houses from 7 am to 12 pm (between 6 am and 6 pm), also select the option "Daytime formula for P. da Fortuna". If night was born, leave this option unchecked.

6. Now go to the "Additional Objects" option and, holding the Ctrl key, select Part of Fortune, Lilith and Juno, to be displayed on your map. Finally click on "Click here to view the map".

7. Note that the birth chart is divided into 12 astrological houses (which are the numbered inner slices), 12 signs (colored symbols at the edge of the circle) and planets and luminaries (symbols distributed inside the chart). Each astrological house starts in a certain sign (the house cusp is the line that marks the beginning of the house and determines which sign that astrological house is in). And each planet is in a sign and a house (Beside each planet there is a number with the degree that that planet is in. It is important to note this, because sometimes there are planets that are in the same degree, but they give the impression of being in different signs. The blue line is what marks the real position of the planet). In the example below, the 1st house is in the sign of Aries and the moon and the sun are in conjunction in Sagittarius, in the 9th house. It is through this information that the particulars of each birth chart are formed. Look at your chart... study... and understand the universe of energies that make up you... what issues you have to heal and what your essence is expressing.
